Dr. Richard Johnson

Dr Johnson is a physician and scientist who has studied sugar, and especially its component, fructose, for over 20 years. His work has been supported by the National Institute of Health. Melissa Sandfort has been an Internal Family Systems Certified Practitioner since 2010. Over the last 24 years, she has completed over 2,350 hours of IFS training, including 13 Level 3 trainings in person with the founder of IFS, Richard Schwartz. She has also completed over 8,000 hours of her own, personal IFS work.
