Revolutionary Understanding

Dr. Seale Harris, who defined hyperinsulinemia and hypoglycemia in the 1940s, stated:
"The low blood sugar of today is the diabetes of tomorrow."
"You don't just have a sugar addiction—you have a blood sugar roller coaster (Reactive Hypoglycemia) problem."
"What if your cravings, mood swings, and fatigue aren't just about willpower but about metabolic dysfunction?"

A Strategic Partnership

While many know about sugar addiction, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome, few understand the crucial role of reactive hypoglycemia in their struggles.
  • Hypoglycemia (low-blood sugar) is one of those conditions that is ubiquitous in the patient population, is associated with numerous adjunctive diagnoses, fasting and postprandial states, and has many possible antecedents. The most predominant causes of low-blood sugar are related to diet, stress, lifestyle, and medical conditions."
Mark Cucuzzella, M.D.
Professor, West Virginia University School of Medicine
